The first commandment tells us to love God with all our heart, mind, and soul (Matthew 22:37). If you have not always done this, then you have sinned against God. The payment for sin is death (Ezekiel 18:20). (Romans 6:23). Jesus Christ paid for your sin (Isaiah 53:5). If you do not accept Jesus Christ as your savior, you are condemned already (John 3:18). Just believing is not enough. The devils believe and tremble (James 2:19). You must turn from trusting in doing something to be good enough to enter God's heaven (Ephesians 2:8), and trust in Jesus Christ alone to get you to heaven (Acts 4:10-12). (John 3:16). In your heart, agree with God that you have not kept His commandments, ask his forgiveness, and accept Jesus Christ, God's only begotten son, as your savior. God will not always give you an opportunity to accept Christ. No one knows the time of their death.
