Matthew 22:37 states that the first commandment tells us to love God with all our heart, mind, and soul.
If you have not always done this, then you have sinned against God.
Ezekiel 18:20. and Romans 6:23. explains that the payment for sin is death.
Isaiah 53:5. tells us that Jesus Christ paid that penalty for you.
John 3:18. explains that if you do not accept Jesus Christ as your savior, you are condemned already.
James 2:19 warns that just believing is not enough. The devils believe and tremble.
Ephesians 2:8 says you must turn from trusting in doing something to be good enough to enter God's heaven,
and trust in Jesus Christ alone to get you to heaven as stated in Acts 4:10-12, and John 3:16.
In your heart, agree with God that you have not kept His commandments.
Ask his forgiveness, and accept Jesus Christ, God's only begotten son, as your savior.
God will not always give you an opportunity to accept Christ. No one knows the time of their death.
